Refund Policy
At Cars and More, we strive to provide the best possible service to our clients. However, we understand that plans can change unexpectedly. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and straightforward to accommodate such changes.
Cancellation and Refunds
For Film Production Bookings:
- Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the scheduled pickup time will receive a full refund.
- Partial Refund: Cancellations made between 12 to 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time will receive a 50% refund.
- No Refund: Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled pickup time will not be eligible for a refund.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our customer service team via email or phone with your booking details. We will process your request promptly and confirm the refund status within 3 business days.
Changes to Booking
If you need to make changes to your booking instead of canceling, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your new requirements without additional charges, depending on the availability of our fleet.
